The service

PinAm gives your business links you send to customers. With Naija Smart Checkout, your customer confirms where to deliver, sees the delivery fee and pays through Paystack. With Naija Pin, your customer confirms their delivery location using their Digital Postcode, their phone's location or a Google Maps pin. PinAm reviews every business before it can create links.

Your responsibilities

• Use customer details only to deliver the customer's order.
• You are the data controller for your customers' details; Dankore Software Ltd processes them on your behalf.
• Do not tell customers PinAm verifies where they live. It confirms the delivery location they choose.
• Keep your account secure and remove team members who no longer need access.

Location data

Location details come from NIPOST and are used under NIPOST's terms. PinAm stores only the fields those terms permit, inside your delivery records, and never resells them.

Suspension

PinAm may suspend a business that misuses the service or customer details. Suspended businesses' links stop working.
