For Nigerian businesses that deliver
Buy and sell to
the right
building.
You made the sale. Skip the “where are you?” calls and “how much is delivery?” chats. Send one link: your customer shows where to deliver, sees the fee and pays.
- No app for your customers
- Works on 3G
- Built for WhatsApp sellers
Why it works
Directions change. A building doesn't.
“After the big mango tree” depends on who is talking. A Digital Postcode is a short code for one building, like FC02A09DB09. Your customer doesn't need to know theirs by heart. You get a place, not a story.
-
1
One building
Not a street, not an area. The gate your rider is looking for.
-
2
No street name needed
Estates, compounds, new layouts. It still works.
-
3
Easy to share
Eleven letters and numbers. Easy to read off a phone and paste into a chat.
Services
Start with the headache that costs you most.
Each service fixes one problem. Use one today and add the other when you're ready. Same account, same team.
How it works
From sign-up to your first link.
We check every business before it sends a single link. When your customer opens yours, they know a real seller is on the other side.
-
1
Create your account
An email and a password. One minute.
-
2
Tell us about your business
We review it, usually within one working day.
-
3
Add a service
Smart Checkout to get paid. Naija Pin to get a location.
-
4
Send your first link
Drop it in the WhatsApp chat, Instagram DM or SMS. That's it.
Security
Your customers trust you with their address. We treat it that way.
-
1
Locked when saved
Names, phone numbers and delivery notes are encrypted the moment they are saved, each kind with its own key.
-
2
Hidden from our staff
PinAm staff see •••• unless they give a reason. Every look is recorded.
-
3
Not kept forever
Delivery details are deleted after a fixed number of days, or sooner if you delete them.
-
4
Your team, your rules
Owners, managers and staff each see only what their role allows. Remove someone and they're out at once.
Built for how Nigeria sells
Your customers are on WhatsApp. So is your link.
Instagram, Facebook, your own website, a phone order. If your customer can read a message, they can open your link.
- Your website
- Phone orders
Example neighbourhoods. A Digital Postcode identifies a building; it does not prove who lives there.
Questions
Everything sellers ask first.
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp. A real person will answer, not a bot.
What is PinAm?
PinAm helps Nigerian businesses sell and deliver without the back-and-forth. You send your customer one link. With Naija Smart Checkout, they confirm where to deliver, see the delivery fee and pay. With Naija Pin, you get their exact delivery location, ready for your rider.
What is a Digital Postcode?
A short code for one building or location: 11 letters and numbers, such as FC02A09DB09. PinAm uses it behind the scenes to find the building your customer chooses and turn it into a map link your rider can open.
How much does it cost?
Creating an account is free. Naija Smart Checkout is free for merchants; PinAm earns a small fee only when your customer pays. Naija Pin uses credits you buy in advance.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in any browser. Pages are small enough to load on 3G.
Does PinAm verify where my customer lives?
No. PinAm confirms the delivery location the customer chooses. A Digital Postcode identifies a building; it does not prove identity, ownership or residence.
How do I start?
Create a business account and tell us about your business. PinAm reviews it, usually within one working day, then you add the services you need.
Your next delivery starts with one link.
You focus on selling. Let the link handle the directions, the delivery fee and the payment.
